The Island of Murano + My Favorites
The Island of Murano is located one mile north of Venice and is a popular attraction amongst Venetian tourists. This island is special because it is where the world famous Venetian glass is made. San Marco + My Favorites
One of the Six Sestieri of Venice, and perhaps the busiest tourist destination, San Marco lies in the city's heart; the famous Saint Mark's Square and Saint Mark's Basillica are among its most well-known attractions, but many other Venice landmarks are included here, include La Fenice theatre, San Beneto (Church of St Benedict) and more.
